The Heart of Quality Award is the Oscar of the moving industry in the eyes of the move coordinator. Winners must have earned the highest Heart of Quality Index score amongst a nationwide candidate pool. The Heart of Quality index is comprised of questions from the customer service survey including: Overall Rating of Move Coordinator; Keeping you informed and providing timely follow-up throughout the move; availability to assist you during the move; and, coordinating the details of your move.
